Yes. You may add a secondary user to your account. Only authorized users will be able to access the facility.

Common unit sizes include 5x5, 5x10, and 10x10. A 5x5 storage unit typically fits small boxes and a few items; a 10x10 often fits the contents of a one-bedroom apartment. Our climate-controlled storage units maintain a consistent indoor temperature range and protect your belongings from outside elements. Items that benefit from climate control include electronics, documents, wood furniture, and photos. Speciality items may benefit from plastic storage bins.

No. Every unit comes with a free lock, complimentary from Stuf. Your unit includes a combination lock (no key needed). Your unique lock code is accessible at any time in your Member Dashboard.

We typically support next-day move-in; same-day availability may be limited. We recommend booking online now and selecting the earliest available move-in date to secure your unit.

Carts, dollies, and hand trucks are on site to assist with moving items. Equipment is first-come, first-serve — please return it promptly after use so other members may access it.

Self storage pricing depends on storage unit size and location. You can view real-time pricing directly on each location's page on our website. Monthly rent covers your storage unit; insurance is required separately.

No. All rentals are month-to-month self storage — no long-term contracts required. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation.

Rate adjustments may occur to align with operating costs, but never more than once every six months. We provide at least 30 days' notice before any rate increase takes effect, and increases are in line with market conditions.

At select locations we offer Stuf Blue, an optional add-on that acts as a price lock.

To cancel your storage unit, we require at least 24 hours' notice. To schedule your move-out:
