Use of Storage Services: In addition to these Terms, if you rent a storage unit from us, your rental is governed by a separate Rental Agreement. The Rental Agreement governs all terms related to your use of the storage unit, payment, access, and any related issues. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement will take precedence regarding storage services.

2. Changes to the Terms of Use

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes are effective upon posting, and your continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any updates.

3. Accessing the Website and Account Security

We may restrict or terminate access to the Website, or any part of it, at any time without notice. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to the Website is accurate, current, and complete. Any personal information you provide is subject to our Privacy Policy.

If you choose to store your padlock combination or any other sensitive information on our Website, the Company is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the storage or misuse of such information. It is your responsibility to ensure the security of your padlock combination and other sensitive information.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

    We accept online payments through designated methods. By providing payment information, you represent that it is accurate and authorize charges to your account. Any disputes related to payments for storage units or services provided through the Website are governed by the terms in your Rental Agreement, including refund and late payment policies.

    If you use the Website to make payments related to your storage rental, such payments are governed by both these Terms and your Rental Agreement. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize the Company to charge your account in accordance with the terms provided at the time of rental. Any disputes regarding payments for storage units are subject to the terms outlined in your Rental Agreement, including any late fees or refund policies that may apply.

    We take fraud prevention seriously and are committed to protecting our users and maintaining the integrity of our platform. As part of our efforts to prevent fraud, we strictly prohibit the use of fraudulent payment methods on our website/app/platform.

    This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Stolen Payment Information: The use of stolen credit/debit card information or other forms of payment information obtained through illegal means.
  • Unauthorized Use: Any attempt to make payments without the consent of the authorized account holder.
  • Counterfeit Currency: The use of counterfeit or fake currency to make payments.
  • Phishing Scams: Attempts to trick users into providing their payment information through phishing scams or fraudulent emails/websites.
  • Money Laundering: Any activity that involves the illegal transfer of funds to conceal their origin, source, or destination.
  • Identity Theft: The use of another individual's personal or financial information without their consent to make payments.
    • Any user found engaging in such activities will be subject to immediate suspension or termination of their account, and appropriate legal action may be taken. We employ various security measures and fraud detection techniques to identify and prevent fraudulent transactions

    12. Linking To The Website And Social Media Features

    You may link to our homepage, but not in a way that implies endorsement. Unauthorized framing or linking is prohibited.

    14. Stuf Blue Membership

    14.1. Membership Enrollment

  • Eligibility: To enroll in Stuf Blue, you must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid email address.
  • Enrollment Process: To become a Stuf Blue Member, visit our website at www.stufstorage.com and follow the instructions provided. Enrollment in the membership program is optional and does not bypass previously communicated price increases.

    • 14.2. Membership Benefits

  • Price Lock: Stuf Blue Members enjoy a locked-in monthly storage rate for a period of 24 months from the date of enrollment. The date of enrollment refers to the first date that payment is received for your Stuf Blue Membership. Following the 24-month period, you may re-enroll in the program; however, such re-enrollment will be subject to the then current market rates or as otherwise determined by the Company in its sole discretion.

    • 14.3. Membership Fees

  • Monthly Fee: Stuf Blue Members are required to pay a monthly membership fee as stated at the time of enrollment.
  • Payment: Membership fees will be automatically charged to the payment method provided at the time of enrollment on a monthly basis.

    • 14.4. Termination

  • Voluntary Termination: You may voluntarily terminate your Stuf Blue Membership at any time by updating your online account or contacting us. You may not re-activate Stuf Blue after termination.
  • Membership Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your Stuf Blue Membership at any time for violation of these Terms, misuse of the Program, or any other reason deemed appropriate by Stuf Storage.

    • 15. Cancellation Policy

    Members are required to provide at least twenty-four (24) hours’ notice prior to canceling their membership. All cancellation requests must be submitted through the Member Dashboard. Cancellations submitted via email, phone, or any other communication method will not be accepted.

    Please note that the final month of membership is not prorated. Membership fees for the current billing cycle will not be refunded once payment has been processed.

    16. Geographic Restrictions

    The Website is intended for use within the United States. Access outside the U.S. may not be legal, and users are responsible for compliance with local laws.

    17. Notices

    You agree that we may provide you with any notices, disclosures, or other communications required by law or relating to your use of the Website, storage services, or your account (collectively, “Notices”) electronically, including by email to the email address associated with your account, by posting on the Website, or by any other method reasonably designated by us. All such Notices shall be deemed effective upon transmission or posting. It is your responsibility to ensure that we have your current and accurate email address on file and to regularly review the Website for posted Notices.

    Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later. If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

    23. Entire Agreement

    These Terms, the Rental Agreement, and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Website and storage services, superseding any prior agreements.
